Refunds and cancellations
This policy covers consulting engagements with Workflowanalytics — placement guidance, employer outreach, credentials review, and interview preparation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for consulting services that have not yet been delivered according to the agreed scope. Informational website content is free and not refundable.
Timeframe
You may cancel a booked engagement in writing (email) up to five business days before the scheduled intake session for a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Cancellations inside five business days may receive a partial refund after deducting preparation already completed.
Full and partial refunds
A full refund is available when no intake session has occurred and no document review has started. A partial refund applies when intake or document review has begun but outreach coaching or employer briefing has not. The completed portion is charged at the corresponding rate stated in your engagement note.
Non-refundable items
Fees for sessions already held, written checklists already delivered, and employer outreach rounds already completed are non-refundable. Third-party costs you chose separately (attested translations, travel you arranged yourself) are outside our refund process.
Deposits
Where a deposit reserved a start date, it is applied to the final invoice. If you cancel outside the five-business-day window after preparation has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover that preparation.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule an intake or practice session once at no charge with at least two business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may count as a delivered session for that portion of the package.
Work already started
If employer outreach or application coaching is underway, refunds cover only unused remaining rounds, not the whole engagement fee.
Refund process and timing
Email info@workflowanalytics.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. This policy does not cover employment outcomes with third-party employers, which we cannot control.
