Workflowanalytics started from conversations with plant supervisors and craft shop owners around Pforzheim who were tired of applications that ignored shift patterns, certificates, and site travel.
Mission
We help skilled tradespeople present their craft honestly to German employers, and we help those employers write vacancies that match shop-floor reality. Placement guidance and employer outreach stay linked: a clear brief on one side improves applications on the other.
Working approach
Sessions stay practical. We talk about weld tests, driver’s licences, Meister structures, and Probearbeit days. We do not invent guarantees. When a region is saturated or a certificate is missing, we say so early.
