When you submit a contact form we process your name, email address, selected consultation type, preferred region, and message content. If you engage us, we may also process certificates, references, and notes necessary to provide placement or outreach advice.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken prior to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interest in answering business enquiries). Engagement files are processed to perform the consulting agreement. Optional analytics cookies, if accepted, rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claims. Contract and invoicing records are kept according to German commercial and tax retention rules.
